HK - Roof Hood

The HK roof hood is designed to be used for combined fresh air and exhaust air applications in comfort and industrial installations. It has the same outer shape as the HT and HF and is therefore often used in conjunction with these when you want to achieve a unified style for all hoods. The hood consists of an exhaust section with an adjustable cone that throws the air straight up at high speed, and a fresh air section that takes in air via the bottom edge. Fresh air and exhaust air sections are separated from each other. This avoids the overflow of air between sections. In addition, low air velocity in the fresh air section eliminates the possibility of rain and snow getting in. The adjustable cone can be adapted for variable flow, which makes the HK hood very flexible. The hood can also be equipped with a fixed cone.

The HK roof hood is manufactured as standard in galvanised aluminium (C4), but is also available in aluminum, copper, stainless steel and painted versions.

Suitable pressure drop for fresh air is 20-40 Pa and 30-100 Pa for exhaust air.
